Returns are welcome within 10 days after receiving your order. Refunds will be given if returned in this timeframe.

If your item(s) have any damage, we will not accept your return.

Items not eligible for return: bodysuits, swimsuits, and activewear. Any sale items are also not eligible for return. All sale items are FINAL SALE.

How to return a package? Email us at daveygene100@gmail.com giving us the name on the order and the name of the item you are returning and the reason.

Option 1: Ship back to us with the packing/pick up slip and make sure the item is neatly wrapped in something to protect it from damage. * shoes must be returned in original box.

Option 2: Bring to warehouse with packing/ pick up slip and make sure the item is neatly wrapped. This can only be done based on the pick up schedule which is included in the pick up policy.

Exchanges are welcome, but only for a different size/color of the same item.
